As a lifelong resident of Susquehanna County, I have a great understanding of the local market. A primarily rural market is not like others, and takes a strong understanding of how to market home at their fullest potential. I currently still reside in the area, raising my beautiful family. My family is my true why; why I work so hard and do what I do. 

Besides real estate, my other true passion is horses. I have been showing horses since I was a little girl. In my spare time, my daughters and I show our current show horse, Hez Lopin On Impulse on the AQHA circuit. In 2024 I had the privilege of qualifying for the World AQHA show with him. 

 I use my knowledge of horses and the horse industry to assist in marketing larger properties & those that have the potential for horses.
